I received my order from BPerfect, unfortunately one item was damaged and I emailed customer service and got a reply straight away from Ann who said that a replacement would be sent out tomorrow. No questions asked. They were so prompt and efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with Ann. Well done BPerfect this is why your at the top and I'll happily continue to support BPerfect. Thank you

100% customer satisfaction. Eimhear was amazing. My makeup order was damaged in transit despite the makeup palette being brilliantly packaged; emailed BPerfect with pictures. My email was answered by Eimhear in 10 mins and sorted in 15. I was offered a discount or replacement. I accepted a replacement as it was a gift. Definitely will order from BPerfect again.

I ordered the Sceptre palette using my Apple Pay and unknowingly had it shipping to my old address! Needless to say I was panicked! Eimhear helped me get the address corrected so quickly, and was such a doll!! AMAZING customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an issue with a purchase that I made. I just got confused with the payment and didn't understand why I was being charge different on my card. I didn’t receive everything in my order and contacted Bperfect! I was Monica who dealt with my query and she was more than helpful. I received a refund due to the item being out of stock but overall I couldn’t fault Monica.
